Houston Suffers Training Injury, Out of "Survival of the Fittest" Match

A source front office source that spoke to me on the condition of anonymity, has told me that Houston (Marc Houston), has suffered an injury while training and will not be competing at "Survival of the Fittest" on November 5th.  The severity or exact injury were not known by my source.  Sometimes a competitor will try to keep their injury secret, so it is not targeted by their opponents when they do return.

 

 

Houston was originally scheduled to be on "Team 450" with 450, Marshe, and Shane Hollister as they took on Team PRIDE (Martino, Jones, Knicks, & Lawrence). 

 

 

We're told the DREAMWAVE offices were contacted late Friday afternoon (10/21) with the news.  According to the DREAMWAVE rule book, Team 450 does not have to announce their replacement to the public, but do have to inform the DREAMWAVE offices by Monday, October 31st, 2011.  Whether or not anyone will know who that is prior to show time is remains to be seen.
