MAIN SHOW (iPPV):
DREAMWAVE CEO Jay Repsel opened the show
by announcing that due to circumstances beyond his control,
Jason Hades would be forfeiting the World title to Kevin Thorn
due to his inability to continue his wrestling career.
Marshe Rockett d. Matt Mayday with an M-80
delivered from the top rope.
"Mr. 450" Hammett d. "Legendary" Dan
Lawrence and Champ Mason Beck to become the NEW Alternative
Champion!
Juice w/Ryland Foxx d. Colt Cabana
The first DREAMWAVE student, Matt Heiden
d. Justice Jones w/ an assist from special referee "Hardcore
Legend" Terry Funk!
President JC Costilli welcomed WWE Tough
Enough contestant and DREAMWAVE's own Ivelisse Velez back to
LaSalle one more time so she could thank and show her
appreciation for the DW fans!
DW announced the special guest for
"Immortality" on June 4th would be former WWE Superstar and DX
member Road Dogg!
Acid d. "Next" Nick Brubaker...After the
match, the A-List converged on the ring and exploded as Marshe Rockett left the group, Juice quit and said goodbye to DREAMWAVE
and Brubaker unleashed a vicious assault on Ryland Foxx...
Zero Gravity became the first 2-Time
champions in DW history as they defeated The Becks and Greg
Glover from ILCK in a Tag Team Table Match. ILCK's Brian Nelson
injured his knee during a beating from the Becks and was unable
to compete.
"Violent Intensity" Austin Roberts d.
Steve Boz with help from the debuting Silas Young as Silas
blasted Boz with a steel chair while the ref was knocked down...
DREAMWAVE CEO Jay Repsel entered the ring
and accepted the World Title forfeit from Jason Hades and
presented Kevin Thorn w/ the Title...Before Thorn could accept
the belt, "Good as Gold" briefcase holder Acid's music blared
through the Knights of Columbus...Amid a raucous crowd chant of
"Cash it in, Cash it in!" Acid announced he was not gonna let
Thorn get handed a championship in LaSalle and cashed in his
opportunity then...
Acid d. Kevin Thorn to become the NEW
DREAMWAVE World Champion!
After the show, DW said goodbye to Jason
Hades with an emotional post show celebration and send off for
one of the greatest champions in LaSalle history!!
